My time & leave

Your shifts, clock-ins, timecards and leave requests.

For every member of staff. My time & leave (/me/time) is yours alone (and your managers’): nobody else sees your hours, leave or figures.

Clocking in and out

At work, clock in on the time clock (any approved till: Time clock, or Clock in or out on a locked till): type your staff number or badge number, then your PIN. Your photo and today’s shift appear — press Clock in, Start break, End break or Clock out. If the venue has a fingerprint or card clock, use that instead: it knows you by your badge number.

On My time & leave you can also clock in, take a break or clock out yourself — but only from a till at work, not from your own phone (and, if your workplace has set it, only on its own network).

Forgot to clock out? Tell your manager: they enter the time you left, with a reason (your original punches are kept).

If the till has no connection, the time clock still takes your punch without checking the PIN; your manager sees it was taken offline.

What you see

  • Now — in, on a break or out, and since when; this week’s hours worked against rostered, lateness and overtime; your contracted hours.
  • My shifts — this week and next, as published by your manager.
  • My leave — your annual and sick leave left (and any other you have used), your requests and their decisions.
  • My timecards — the last four weeks (lateness and overtime marked; overtime counts once a manager approves it).
  • My figures — your last 30 days: sales served, payments taken, discounts and voids, tips and hours; tips owed to you now.

Asking for leave

Request leave → the type, from and to (or a half day), a reason → Send request. Days are counted on your working days (your rest days are skipped). A manager decides — never you — and you are notified. You can cancel a request that is still waiting, or approved leave that has not started yet.
