Online ordering

Your menu, on your own site.

An ordering site in your brand, on your own address, with the menu and prices straight from the till. Orders arrive on the same screens as the dining room and go to the kitchen when you accept them.

What it does

Everything it does, in plain words.

  • Pickup and delivery

Now or scheduled; delivery by radius, polygon or named areas with their own fees and minimums.

  • Order from the table

Each table has a QR code; guests order and the order joins that table’s bill.

  • Couriers and proof

Assign couriers by hand or automatically; proof of delivery by code, name, signature or photo.

  • Bookings and enquiries

Table reservations, event and catering enquiries from the same site.

  • Loyalty and accounts

A loyalty page, gift-card balance checks and customer accounts with their order history.

  • Your address

Use a subdomain of yours, verified by a DNS record, e.g. order.yourrestaurant.com.

The kitchen side

Online orders, on the same screens

New, scheduled and table orders wait to be accepted, then move through the kitchen and dispatch with everything else.

Delivery

Dispatch without the phone calls

Orders awaiting a courier, on the way and done; couriers on duty with their vehicle; cash on delivery settled when they return.

Questions, answered

Do I need a separate menu for online?

No — the ordering site reads the menu, prices and availability from the till; you choose which items are offered online.

Can guests order from their table?

Yes. Print the table’s QR code; the order is added to that table and appears on the kitchen screen like any other.
